Created and executed a campaign focusing on video interviews for the national fundraising day "Giving Tuesday".
Chapter 1:  Research effective ways to market nonprofits with little to no budgets. I looked at other nonprofits and picked elements from successful Giving Tuesday campaigns to piece together and tailor them to fit PAA's mission and values.
Chapter 2: Presenting my ideas to my boss and supervisor and persuade them to allow me to bring my idea to fruition. I also had to get a little creative with this campaign since my budget was little to nothing.
The goal of this campaign was to show possible donors the effect that their donation has on older adults within their community. The videos were meant to pull on the heart strings and show people that their donations are truly making a difference in real people's lives.
Chapter 3: Interviewing PAA's clients. Creating a welcoming and comfortable environment so that they felt they could open up to me and tell their stories, which sometimes were quite personal. I asked questions in respectful and insightful ways to invoke reactions and responses that played into our overall campaign goal.
Finale: Edited and shared videos on PAA's social media pages, newsletters, and other resources to encourage donations. During the 24 hours we raised over $3,000, which was much higher than our goal of $2500.
